Which one has more formats?

PadelMix lists more. Besides Americano and Mexicano in mixed and team versions it has Beat the Box, King of the Hill, Knockout, Club Americano and Swiss, plus leagues. Padelato covers Americano (classic, team, mixed) and Mexicano, with a final, semi-finals or quarter-finals after the last round.

Every feature is free and runs in a browser, with nothing to install.
